We are writing to express our gratitude for the fantastic effects of Kathy de Jong in assisting us with the sale of our unit and also with the purchase of our new property.

We cannot thank Kathy enough for everything she has done to assist us, nor can we sing her praises loud enough as time after time Kathy has shown us what an exceptional real estate agent she is. When we decided to sell our property we sought the advice of a number of agents from different real estate firms. Included in these were some of the newer fixed commission fee real estates. We looked at a number of options available to us before making our decision. We are so pleased we chose Kathy, we believe by choosing the best agent that approached us, rather than the cheapest fee, we have sold our property in an exceptionally quick time frame and for a great price.

When we met Kathy we were very impressed by her professional manner, Kathy was friendly and gave us great confidence that she would bring us the result we were looking for in the sale of our property. Every step of the way Kathy has always maintained a professional and friendly approach and has given us complete peace of mind that our property would be well marketed and cared for. Within a number of days Kathy brought us multiple offers for our unit and we were able to sign a contract for a record price for this complex.

The right buyer remained elusive. Sandy and Adam delivered a well-timed and targeted marketing campaign without high cost marketing strategies.
