Sales Property Highlights

Some highlights of the past 12 months sales by the Williams Real Estate Indooroopilly team, in a year of some uncertainty in the marketplace with buyers generally more cautious especially in the upper price ranges.

37 Glencairn Avenue, Indooroopilly  a superb riverside residence with sweeping river views sold at $2.8m one of the top 10 sales in Indooroopilly and one of the highest not actual riverfront.

16 Marston Avenue, Indooroopilly sold at Auction for $1.46m, well above the reserve with 14 registered bidders.

87 Taringa Parade, Indooroopilly a delightfully renovated Queenslander cottage sold prior to auction after multiple offers for $784,000.

8 Balmore Street, Indooroopilly in Jay Park a post war home sold in just 10 days for $628,000, a price extremely pleasing to the seller.

42 Foxton Street, Indooroopilly a 4 bedroom townhouse sold prior to auction for $765,000, the highest price ever achieved in that complex, and on the home unit front in a market flooded with new builds we sold 2/22 Rennie Street and & 2/15 Rennie Street, Indooroopilly in under 30 days for top of the market prices.

The team also conducted multiple unit sales in the $300,000 – $600,000 price range.

Given the market conditions a very satisfactory year for our vendors and purchasers.

This year is starting off with a substantially higher enquiry rate on all our listed properties, a sign of a great year ahead.
